It is with great pleasure that I extend my sincere congratulations to the organizers, participants, and supporters of the Tour de Gyeongnam, a prestigious UCI 2.2 road race that continues to play an important role in advancing the standard of professional cycling in Asia.
The successful organization of an event of this level reflects the strong commitment, vision, and cooperation of all stakeholders involved. The Tour de Gyeongnam not only highlights the unique beauty and hospitality of the region but also further strengthens Asia’s position on the global cycling stage.
As an international competition, this race provides an excellent platform for elite riders from across the world to compete at a high level, while also fostering mutual understanding and friendship through sport. It serves as an inspiration to the next generation of cyclists and promotes the core values of cycling, including fair play, perseverance, and unity.
On behalf of the Asian Cycling Confederation, I would like to commend the Korea Cycling Federation and in particular President Lee Sang Hyun, the local authorities of Gyeongnam, and all sponsors and partners for their continued dedication and contribution to the success of this event.
I am confident that the Tour de Gyeongnam will continue to grow and develop in the years ahead, further establishing itself as one of Asia’s leading road cycling events.
